When the wheel does not come out or go in, you just need a screwdriver and 2 minutes. Unscrew the bolts by the screwdriver and open the bolt cover of the wheelbox. Pick a wheel out. Check the springs on both sides and if they are bent, straighten and reinsert. Put the wheel in, replace the bolts cover and tighten the bolts.
